These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Healthcare Training, LLC (“Healthcare Training, LLC”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the https://www.ivcompoundingtraining.com website and any of its training materials, products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).
The company reserves the right to revise and update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes by email or by posting the changes on the company's website. You are responsible for reviewing the most recent version of these terms and conditions before using the company's services.
Accounts and Membership
If you create an account on this Website or another website owned by Healthcare Training, LLC or a service providers website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any actions taken by you in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Skills Validation Evaluation
Enrolled students in the experiential virtual hybrid and in-person programs must have their experienced IV certified supervisor checkoff on the skills validation checklists for the final demonstration evaluation portion of the course for both the experiential virtual hybrid and in-person certification courses.
Confidentiality
- Don’t share the passwords to the online course or the other pages on the website that require you to login.
- Don't let anyone access the pages which are only meant for you to access since you paid for the course.
- Access may be monitored, and your account will be terminated without any refund due if we notice multiple logins using your account login details.
- Also don’t show or share the online course with anyone. All of the information on the website and course is proprietary.
As part of our academic integrity policy, we ask that you refrain from discussing the specific details of the program and the assessment process with individuals outside our organization, including supervisors not directly responsible for supervising you and other third parties that we do business with including the vendor you are responsible for buying the manual from.
While we have business relationships with vendors, they are not directly a partner or affiliated with us and hence no information must be disclosed to them under any circumstances.
Course Expiration
All courses expire 6 months from the date of enrollment and for the CSPT and IV compounding certification courses the respective course(s) expire after the final evaluation demonstration is complete. To extend a course beyond the 6 months the fee will be $49/month.
Shipping
Supplies - Sent directly by a third party vendor
Required supplies/materials for the program must be purchased by the enrollee/student (check emails after enrolling for more information) with possession and use transferring upon receipt. Any supplies purchased on a student's behalf from a designated third-party vendor by Healthcare Training LLC include estimated typical expenses within the overall program costs. Sales tax associated with supply purchases has been remitted by the designated vendor.
- If supplies are returned back to the vendor or Healthcare Training, LLC because they were unclaimed or the wrong address was entered on the registration form by the enrollee then a $15 charge will be assessed, and the supplies will be resent to the new address after the enrollee/student repurchases them from https://www.vitalcaresupplies.com
- If extra supplies are requested for any reason a charge of $55 or the current price as shown here https://www.vitalcaresupplies.com will be assessed by the vendor and the extra supplies will be sent after payment is received. The supplies must be repurchased here: https://www.vitalcaresupplies.com
- If the enrollee claims the address is correct but they still haven't received the supplies and the vendor, or we can provide proof that the supplies were in fact delivered then the enrollee will be responsible for paying $55 or the current price as shown here https://www.vitalcaresupplies.com in order to receive extra supplies.
Manual - Sent directly by a third party vendor
- If the manual is returned back to the third party vendor or us because it was unclaimed or the wrong address was entered on the registration form by the enrollee then a minimum $20 charge or what we are charged by the vendor to resend the manual will apply and the manual will be resent after payment is received.
- If the enrollee claims the address is correct but they still haven't received the manual and the vendor or we can provide proof that the manual was in fact delivered, then the enrollee will be responsible for paying the full applicable cost of the manual. ($255 as of Oct 2024). The future price may be higher or lower.
Transferring Enrollment To Another Person
If an enrollee wishes to transfer their enrollment to another person a $99 transfer fee will apply and the enrollee will no longer be able to complete the course.
Billing and Payments
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase.
We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Please note that any additional services not mentioned specifically as included in the price of the course may incur additional fees and may be non-refundable in accordance with our refund policy as our time cannot be recovered
In-Person Evaluation Class
Please note: Both the in person and virtual hybrid programs offer foundational training and basic hands on training and evaluation BUT the employer at the place of your employment must provide additional training as applicable to their facility and include other training as deemed necessary by the employer.
We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to modify content, faculty, and activities. If there is a scheduling conflict with the instructor or if the instructor is unavailable for personal, business, or employment-related reasons or if minimum enrollment is not reached, we may cancel the in-person evaluation class and instead evaluate the student via video or the student can opt to join the next available in-person evaluation of skills class which may have a longer than expected time frame dependent on the instructors circumstance. No refund of any price difference between the in-person and virtual course costs will be issued if student decides to be evaluated virtually/over video instead of waiting for the next in-person evaluation class.
The total cost for the in-person sterile compounding evaluation is currently $799. Please check here for the updated price. This cost includes the mandatory certification exam and processing fee of $489. The training manual and training supplies must be purchased separately from the URLs in the welcome email sent after enrollment and cost an additional $310 (the future price may be higher or lower). The training manual and supplies will be shipped directly to the enrollee by the third party vendors. The manual and/or supplies may be entirely removed from the course at any time without notice or an extra charge for the manual and/or supplies may be applicable in the future. Video recordings if applicable sent by the participant of the participants demonstration of aseptic technique may be used for instructional purposes.
- A minimum of 5 enrollments are required before an evaluation class is held on a particular date.
- If enrollments are less than the minimum, the evaluation for that day will be canceled and the enrollee will be scheduled for the next class with a minimum of 5 enrollments or depending on the instructor's availability a one-on-one evaluation may also be scheduled.
- The entire home study portion including practice labs must be completed before attending the evaluation.
- Only the individual who enrolled in the in person certification course is permitted at the in person evaluation. No one else may accompany the enrollee for the evaluation inside the classroom or meeting area where the evaluation is held.
- If the hands on demonstration evaluation is not completed satisfactorily in the instructors opinion then the participant will have to pay $99 for us to resend the supplies and redo the evaluation.
Experiential Virtual-Hybrid Program
The cost of the experiential virtual-hybrid program is currently $699. Please check here for the updated price. This cost includes the mandatory certification exam and processing fee of $389 and the mandatory manual and training supplies must be purchased separately from the URLs in the welcome email sent after enrollment and cost an additional $310 (the future price may be higher or lower). The manual and supplies are shipped directly to the enrollee by the third-party vendors. The manual and/or supplies may be entirely removed from the course at any time without notice or an extra charge for the manual and/or supplies may be applicable in the future. Video recordings if applicable sent by the participant of the participants demonstration of aseptic technique may be used for instructional purposes.

PTCB CSPT Program
The cost of the PTCB recognized CSPT program is currently $399. Please check here for the updated price. This cost includes the mandatory exam preparation fee of $344. The training supplies cost $55 (the future price may be higher or lower) and are shipped directly to the enrollee by third party vendors. The supplies may be entirely removed from the course at any time without notice or an extra charge for the supplies may be applicable in the future. Video recordings if applicable sent by the participant of the participant's demonstration of aseptic technique may be used for instructional purposes. To be eligible for the CSPT exam you must already be working in sterile compounding and have worked in a sterile compounding environment for at least a year.

Course Expiration

Though this program ensures it meets the criteria determined by USP <797> it is your responsibility to ensure the requirements of this educational program meet your specific state’s requirements.

It is not a substitute for professional judgment or advice and may provide incorrect information. If it is included initially for free, then it will only be included for the duration of the course for up to 3 months and/or until the final demonstration evaluation is complete for the CSPT or IV certification courses, then a paid subscription is required. We reserve the right to convert the free subscription to a paid subscription at any time and the enrollee will be responsible for purchasing a subscription for continued access. The monthly subscription is nonrefundable although you can cancel future billing.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By enrolling in this sterile compounding certification course (the "Course"), you (the "Student") agree to the following non-disclosure agreement (the "Agreement").
1. Confidential Information: The Course materials, including but not limited to any information, data, or know-how, that is disclosed or provided by the course provider (the "Provider") to the Student during the Course, is confidential and proprietary information of the Provider.
2. Non-Disclosure: The Student agrees not to disclose, reveal, or share any Confidential Information to any third party, including uploading evaluation videos to any third-party video sharing or social media platform but not limited to any business operations, processes, or procedures that are disclosed during the Course.
3. Restrictions: The Student agrees not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than completing the Course and obtaining the certification offered by the Provider. The Student shall not reproduce, distribute, or sell any Confidential Information to any third party.
4. Duration: This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of the Student's enrollment in the Course.
5. Remedies: The Student acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to the Provider and that the Provider shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, damages, and any other available remedies for any such breach.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [insert state].
7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
8. Amendments: This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Healthcare Training, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors, relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to Healthcare Training, LLC for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
COVID-19 & Other Waivers
Before attending the in-person evaluation class, all participants must agree to sign the COVID-19 waiver and other applicable waivers such as the injury waiver forms online (if applicable) and submit it before being allowed to attend the in-person class. https://form.jotform.com/201875377203153. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Healthcare Training, LLC and its affiliates, directors, service providers, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, shipping delays or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website, training materials or Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
Severability
All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Florida, United States without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Orlando, Florida, United States, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
Assignment
You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations here under, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We are free to assign any of its rights or obligations here under, in whole or in part, to any third-party as part of the sale of all or substantially all of its assets or stock or as part of a merger.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website, training or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Issuance of CE Credits
Healthcare Training, LLC may not directly issue CE credits for their IV certification programs. Instead, they may rely on third-party ACPE Accredited organizations to do so.
The self-paced updated online sterile compounding course by itself currently does not provide certification but a certificate of completion may be requested and pharmacy technicians are able to claim 20 CE credits after successfully completing the program and passing a competency exam with a score of 75% or better. The pharmacy tech must manually enter the CE credit information in their PTCB account. See FAQ.
Certificate of Completion
- In-Person & Virtual-Hybrid Course
- A certificate of completion may be issued by Healthcare Training, LLC upon request and after completion of the in-person and experiential virtual-hybrid course if requested and after successfully completing all of the hands-on process validations that constitute the final evaluation and after completing the practice labs and emailing the required documentation for the practice labs to mayur @ ivcompoundingtraining.com.
- The certificate is separate from the official certificate you receive from the third party ACPE Accredited organization or partner.

- Standalone Updated Sterile Compounding Course
- A certificate of completion will be issued upon request and after completing the course and passing a final certification exam with a score of 75% or better.

- This course if bought standalone DOES NOT provide ACPE certification BUT does provide a certificate of completion AND pharmacy technicians are able to claim 20 CE credits. Technicians will have to manually enter the required information in their PTCB account to claim credit.
Termination of Access To The Online Learning Portal
If you violate our academic integrity policy or share access with someone that has NOT paid for the course or we discover that several different IP addresses are accessing the learning portal under a single login that was issued to you for your personal use only, then we reserve the right to terminate your access without obligation to issue any refund(s) to you.
Shipping Delays
There may be times when shipping supplies to you may be delayed by up to 3 weeks or sometimes longer. This could be due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a shortage of supplies or a backorder or vendor issues. If this happens, it may delay your progress in becoming certified within a certain timeframe. Healthcare Training, LLC is not responsible for these delays and is not liable to you for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the delay.
Proof of Delivery
