Issuance of CE Credits
I further understand that Healthcare Training, LLC or IVCompoundingTraining.com does not directly issue CE credits FOR THE LIVE IN-PERSON IV CERTIFICATION PROGRAM or FOR THE VIRTUAL IV CERTIFICATION PROGRAM or FOR THE VIRTUAL HAZARDOUS COMPOUNDING CERTIFICATION TRAINING.
Uploading of CE credits and receiving certification and a certificate of completion is dependent upon third party ACPE Accredited organizations authorized to upload CE credits and provide such certification and/or a certificate of completion.
The self-paced online sterile compounding course does not provide certification. However, pharmacy technicians may be able to claim 20 CE credits after successfully completing the program and passing a competency exam with a score of 75% or better. The pharmacy tech must manually enter the CE credit information in their PTCB account. See FAQ.
Certificate Of Completion And Letter Of Recommendation
Certificate of completion for the live class may be issued by Healthcare Training, LLC at the end of the live class if requested and after successfully completing all of the hands-on process validations and is separate from any certificate you opt to receive from the third party ACPE Accredited organization responsible for sending the certificate after completion of the hands on practice and final skills validation evaluation and passing a certification exam.
Certificate of completion for the online class will be issued after completing the course and passing a final exam with a score of 75% or better and will be issued only if requested, by sending a message via the contact us form or an email to mayur @ ivcompoundingtraining.com
The same applies to the letter of recommendation and the letter is issued at the Pharmacist/Instructors discretion based on final exam grade, course completion, and a phone interview.
