This training is best suited for independent self-directed learners and teams implementing structured onboarding.

  1. This is an accredited and structured, self-paced program (not a quick weekend course)

  3. Payment plan option is available at checkout
  4. The course(s) requires focus and follow-through and is self paced. Ideal for self starters.
  5. 18 hours of the training is didactic and completed independently from home.
  6. If you need frequent guidance, calls, or step-by-step assistance, this will not be a good fit currently.
  7. We do have an AI course tutor available for a fee and information about it is on the website.
  8. Due to a high number of inquiries and call volume, we are not able to return calls currently. Most questions are already answered on the website.
  9. Please note the in-person program is only considered in-person for the final demonstration evaluation at the end of that course. It is not an in person class for the entire duration of the course.
  10. If your question is redundant and already answered on the website or FAQs, replies will take longer.
  11. The certificate is granted after completing the entire course including the hands on portions and for enrollees of the IV certificate courses not CSPT, passing a final exam with a score of 75% or higher.
