Refund Policy

For the virtual hybrid IV certification (USP 797) training

The certification course described above is eligible for a refund within 2 CALENDAR days of enrollment as follows: 

23% of the total amount you paid per product that you are asking a refund for AND cost of the manual and supplies if they have already shipped will be deducted from the refund and you will receive the rest back. 

Please note: due to a national shortage it may take up to 1-3 weeks or longer before you receive your training manual and supplies. Also, if you mistakenly enroll for the wrong program, a full refund WILL not be issued. 23% of the total amount you paid for each product you request a refund for PLUS the cost of the manual and training supplies if they have shipped will be deducted from the refund and you will receive the balance back. 

The certification training for the courses shown above will become NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE after 2 calendar days post enrollment into the course. THIS REFUND POLICY MAY BE REVISED, MODIFIED OR UPDATED AT ANYTIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

If a refund is issued within 2 calendar days then access to the extra standalone course will be disabled. If online access to slides, quizzes, tests, videos or any bonus courses was provided these will be disabled as well. 

If the required certification manual was ordered on your behalf and already shipped then the cost of the manual is NON-REFUNDABLE. Same for the training supplies.

No refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received after 2 calendar days after payment.

Rescheduling and absences: If the participant is a no-show for the evaluation and/or does not complete the home study or hands-on portion of the certification course in its' entirety no refund will be issued and the participant will be assigned to attend class on another available date and time and a $175 charge may be incurred by the participant for re-scheduling. If participant does not provide 24 hour notice before the evaluation that he/she will need to reschedule a $175 charge may be assessed by healthcare training, LLC.
 

For the in-person evaluation

Our refund policy is valid as follows: 23% of the total amount you paid for each product you request a refund for PLUS the cost of the manual and training supplies if they have shipped will be deducted from the refund and you will receive the balance back if written cancellation is received within 2 calendar days after payment.

If a refund is issued then access to the extra standalone course will be disabled. If online access to slides, quizzes, tests, videos or any bonus courses was provided these will be disabled as well.

No refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received after 2 calendar days after payment. However, participants may reschedule to attend class on another day but a venue and instructor reservation fee of $175 will be assessed.

If classes are not held for any reason due to insufficient enrollment or for any other reason then the participant/student will have the option of applying the class fee for attendance on another date. Healthcare Training, LLC will not be responsible to the participant for any costs incurred for transportation and/or lodging or any other costs not related directly to the tuition or venue and instructor reservation fee.

If the participant is a no-show or does not attend all sessions, no refund will be issued and the participant will be assigned to attend class on another available date and time and a $175 charge may be assessed. 

Rescheduling:
If you have to reschedule, the fee will not change if done within a 6-month period of your original registration date. However, you may be charged $175 fee to reschedule.

For the online self-paced course

You may request a 77% refund within 2 calendar days from date of purchase. Requests for refunds after 2 days will NOT be honored.

 For the EHR portal 

If you signed up for access to the EHR portal exercises you will be granted access after course completion and after successfully passing an online final exam. Only 18% of the total price paid will be refunded within 2 calendar day of the purchase date. Requests for refunds after 2 days will NOT be honored.

For the Introductory Home Infusion Course

You may request a 77% refund within 2 calendar days from date of purchase. Requests for refunds after 2 days will NOT be honored. 

For the Cpht program

This program is offered by a partner and all refund inquiries must be addressed with them.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund for the LIVE IN-PERSON CLASS:

  • Customer’s account must be in good standing
  • Service must not be used
  • Class registration deadline if any has NOT passed

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. 

Additional services

Please note that any additional services not mentioned specifically as included in the price of the course will incur additional fees and are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.

Termination of access to the extra bonus course on sterile compounding and/or the introductory home infusion course.

If you have received access to the courses mentioned above and share your access with anyone else that has NOT paid for the course or we discover that several different IP addresses are accessing the course under a single code/email that was issued to you for your personal use only, then we reserve the right to terminate your access without obligation to issue any refund(s) to you.
