Virtual Hybrid IV Certification (USP 797) Training Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility
    • The virtual hybrid IV certification (USP 797) training is eligible for a refund within 1 calendar day of enrollment. A 23% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
    • If the training manual (if applicable) and supplies (both sent by third party vendors) have already shipped, the cost of those items up to $300 will also be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If you enroll in the wrong program or buy the program twice and want a refund then also a 23% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each course you would like a refund for.
  • Refund Request Process
    • To request a refund, please contact Healthcare Training, LLC at mayur @ ivcompoundingtraining.com within 1 calendar days after enrollment.
    • You will need to provide your name, email address, and order number.
    • You will also need to provide a reason for the refund request.
  • Refund Timeline
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Due to a national shortage, it may take up to 1-3 weeks or longer before you receive your training manual and supplies (both sent by third party vendors)
  • If you mistakenly enroll for the wrong program, a full refund will not be issued and a 23% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The refund policy may be revised, modified, or updated at any time without prior notice.
  • If a refund is issued within 1 calendar days, access to the learning portal will be disabled. If online access to slides, quizzes, tests, videos, or any bonus courses was provided, these will be disabled as well.
  • If the required certification manual was ordered on your behalf and already shipped, the cost of the manual is non-refundable. Same for the training supplies. (both sent by third party vendors)
  • No refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received after 1 calendar days after payment.

Rescheduling and Absences

  • No-Shows
    • If a participant does not attend the video or in-person final evaluation on the scheduled date and time after having successfully completed the home study and the hands-on portion of the certification course, a refund nor a certificate will be issued.
    • The participant will be assigned to attend the final evaluation on another available date and time. 
    • A $175 charge may be incurred by the participant for re-scheduling.
  • Late Notice
    • If a participant does not provide 24-hour notice before the evaluation that he/she will need to reschedule, a $175 charge may be assessed by Healthcare Training, LLC.

    • The in-person evaluation is eligible for a refund within 1 calendar days of enrollment. A 23% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If the training manual and supplies sent by the third party vendors have already shipped, the cost of those items up to $300 will also be deducted from the refund amount.
    • If you enroll in the wrong program or buy the program twice and want a refund then also a 23% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each course you would like a refund for.

  • If a scheduling conflict exists between the instructors availability and the participants for the final in-person evaluation then participant may be scheduled to attend the final evaluation over video instead of in-person and a refund will not be issued if this is the case.
  • If a refund is issued within 1 calendar day, access to the learning portal will be disabled. If online access to slides, quizzes, tests, videos, or any bonus courses was provided, these will be disabled as well.
  • If the required certification manual was ordered on your behalf and already shipped, the cost of the manual is non-refundable. Same for the training supplies.
  • No refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received after 1 calendar days after payment.
  • Healthcare Training, LLC will not be responsible to the participant for any costs incurred for transportation and/or lodging or any other costs not related directly to the tuition or venue.

For the updated self-paced sterile compounding course

If you purchased this course as a standalone product then you may request a refund within 1 calendar day from date of purchase ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT ACCESSED THE COURSE VIA THE ONLINE PORTAL. Requests for refunds after 1 day will NOT be honored. A 23% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 For the EHR portal 

If you signed up for access to the EHR portal then you may request a refund within 1 calendar day from date of purchase. Requests for refunds after 1 day will NOT be honored. A 66% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For the introductory home infusion course

If you purchased this course as a standalone product then you may request a refund within 1 calendar days from date of purchase ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOT ACCESSED THE COURSE VIA THE ONLINE PORTAL. Requests for refunds after 1 day will NOT be honored. A 23% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For the Cpht program

This program is offered by a partner and all refund inquiries must be addressed with them.

 Additional services

Please note that any additional services not mentioned specifically as included in the price of the course will incur additional fees and are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.

Termination of access to the learning portal

If you received access to the courses mentioned above and share your access with anyone else that has NOT paid for the course or we discover that several different IP addresses are accessing the course under a single login that was issued to you for your personal use only, then we reserve the right to terminate your access without obligation to issue any refund(s) to you.
