In Texas, the locations for the in-person evaluation are: (subject to change if needed) Dallas: 211 North Ervay Street, Dallas, TX 75201.

- A minimum of 5 enrollments are required before an evaluation class is held on a particular date.
- If enrollments are less than the minimum, the evaluation for that day will be canceled, and the enrollee will be scheduled for the next class with a minimum of 5 enrollments, OR a one-on-one evaluation may be scheduled.
- The entire home study portion, including practice labs, must be completed before attending the evaluation. Depending on your dedication and prior experience, this may take 1-4 weeks.

No Prior Sterile Compounding Experience Required.
The in-person program is self-paced and requires 18 hours of home based self paced study and 2 hours of hands-on in-person evaluation for Pharmacists and 22 hours of hands-on in-person evaluation for Pharmacy Technicians.
